Once you purchase your annual subscription online, our team will contact you directly to schedule your first comprehensive walkthrough at your convenience. We will automatically reach out to you 6 months later to coordinate your second seasonal maintenance visit.

Are materials included in the Home Care + plan or minor repairs?

No. To keep our annual fee affordable, the subscription strictly covers our professional labor, equipment, and preventative maintenance walkthroughs. The homeowner is responsible for providing the specific AC filters, lightbulbs, or batteries required for their property, or we can source them for you for an additional material fee.

Can I cancel my Home Care + membership at any time?

The Home Care + membership is an annual commitment that unlocks immediate priority service and future project discounts. While you can opt out of automatic renewal at the end of your billing cycle, mid-year cancellations are non-refundable once the initial home maintenance walkthrough has been completed.
